MEMBER DO’S
1. Respect the Community
Treat fellow members, their guests with courtesy, civility, and discretion always.
Embrace diversity of background, profession, and perspective.
Foster thoughtful conversation, connection, and mutual respect.
2. Uphold the Culture of the Club
Act in alignment with the spirit, values, and purpose of the Club.
Participate positively in Club life—events, discussions, and shared spaces.
Help preserve a welcoming, calm, and refined environment.
3. Observe Guest & Minor Guidelines
All
non‑members must be accompanied by a member
at all times unless expressly permitted.
Minors (below 18 years) must always be accompanied and supervised
by a parent or guardian.
Members are fully responsible for the conduct, safety, and etiquette of their guests and accompanying minors.
Non‑members must pay applicable charges for all services and facilities used.
4. Respect Privacy & Discretion
Treat the Club as a private and discreet environment.
Seek permission before photographing or recording other members or guests.
Respect personal boundaries and confidential conversations.
5. Adhere to Dress, Conduct & Safety Standards
Observe Club dress codes appropriate to the time, place, and occasion.
Maintain respectful language, behaviour, and demeanour at all times.
Follow all safety guidelines and posted instructions.
Adjust conduct to suit the nature of each space (lounges, dining areas, events, wellness zones).
6. Care for Club Spaces
Treat all Club facilities, furnishings, artwork, and amenities with care.
Leave shared spaces as you would wish to find them.
Promptly and discreetly report any damage or issues to staff.
7. Follow Staff Guidance
Always adhere to club management instructions and decisions.
Allow staff to manage situations calmly and professionally.
Share feedback constructively and in private.
8. Fulfil Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Pay maintenance fees, bills, and dues on time.
Stay informed of Club rules, notices, updates, and communications.
Comply promptly with any official Club requests.
9. Engage Thoughtfully
Keep conversations considerate in shared areas.
Use mobile phones and electronic devices discreetly.
Be mindful of noise levels, language, and personal space.
MEMBER DON’TS
1. Do Not Misuse Membership
Membership is strictly personal and
non‑transferable
.
Do not lend, share, or misuse membership cards or access privileges.
Do not allow unauthorized guests or unregistered visitors.
2. Do Not Disrupt the Club Atmosphere
No loud, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour.
No harassment, bullying, fighting, or misconduct of any kind.
No behaviour that causes discomfort or unease to others.
3. Do Not Compromise Privacy or Discretion
No unauthorized photography, filming, or recording.
No public or social media sharing of private Club experiences or member details.
No discussion of sensitive Club or member matters outside the premises.
4. Do Not Treat the Club as a Personal or Commercial Space
Do not use the Club as a home address, business address, or registered office.
No commercial solicitation, promotion, or business activity without written approval.
No informal events, gatherings, or meetings without prior permission.
5. Do Not Disrespect Staff
No arguments, raised voices, or public complaints.
Do not issue instructions to staff outside established Club protocols.
No tipping or conduct that creates discomfort for staff.
6. Do Not Ignore Financial or Rule Obligations
No delayed payments, ignored dues, or outstanding balances.
No repeated disregard for dress codes, guest policies, or conduct standards.
No expectation of exceptions based on status, influence, or tenure.
7. Prohibited Conduct
No drugs, gambling, or illegal activities on Club premises.
Smoking is permitted
only in designated areas

No damage, misuse, or deliberate harm to Club property.
8. Pets
Pets are not permitted
within Club premises.
